Ingredients:

2 cups (270g) sweet potatoes, peeled & chopped 1 medium banana, sliced & frozen 1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened 1⁄2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt 2 tbsp. almond butter 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. ground cinnamon pinch of nutmeg


Here is what you need to do:
