INGREDIENTS:
4 cup Egg white
1 cup Cottage cheese (2% M.F.)
1 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
Extra Add-Ins (your choice)
chives, onions, bacon, spices
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre heat oven to 300F and oil 24 silicone muffin tins
2. Place cottage cheese an cheddar cheese in a blender and blend until smooth
3. Add egg whites and blend until smooth
4. Distribute mixture evenly into silicone muffin tins.
5. Place a dish full of water at the bottom rack of your oven.
6. Place full muffin tins in the middle rack and
bake for ~1 hour or until middle of the egg bite is dry.
7. Take out of oven and let cool
8. Enjoy
